If any additional people would like makeup or hair styling on the day, but are not scheduled for an appointment, this can be added to the booking, providing there is time. 

Any artists under Alfheimbeauty, are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. It is the responsibility of the client to notify us if you have sensitive skin or have any known allergies. You are more than welcome to bring your own product(s) that you are familiar with and we will be happy to use what you have provided.

On the rare event that the artist should be unable to fulfil your booking, we reserves the right to cancel, refer or transfer your booking at any point to another reputable and competent artist.


Clients arriving to one of our studios are required to ensure that they are on time for their booking. Due to the nature of scheduling, we can not extend your appointment time, but we will do what we can to make the most of the remaining time.


We asks the client and all other members of package bookings to be available and ready on set for the makeup and hair styling to be performed to get everyone ready on time. 

Please let us know when booking, what time you need to be done in hair and makeup at. 


Prepayments are non-refundable, on the grounds that I have kept your date and rejected other requests. If due to pandemic restrictions you are welcome to move your date once without any extra fees, as long as we are available on the new date.

Should we not be available, we will check with our colleagues and network for someone who suits your booking, if nobody is available, the prepayment remains non-refundable due to the mentioned reasons above. 

Any later cancellation than 48hrs prior to the booking will be invoiced for 100% of the full booking cost to be paid within 14 days.

If the cancellation fee is not paid within this timeframe, it will be filed to the official Danish Small Claims Procedure court.
