Wear a top similar in colour and neckline to your wedding outfit. This helps to visualise your full look.
Hair: Clean Scalp
Wash roots twice the day before with a Cleansing Shampoo. Use a light conditioner from ears down only and rinse well.
Hair: Blowdry
Dry and smooth your hair with a blowdry and brush after washing. Hair should be clean, brushed, and 100% dry.

Skin: Exfoliate
Exfoliate the day before, then again gently the morning of. I highly recommend Dermalogica Microfoliant. Exfoliated skin = flawless makeup application.
Skin: Moisturise
Stay hydrated and avoid prolonged sun exposure in the five days before your wedding. Moisturise morning and night, and don't forget your lips. Apply a lanolin based lip balm in the evening before and morning of.

If on-location, find the best natural light in the room, ideally a window, and clear a few nearby surfaces. A windowsill, a desk, or a console table work well!
